At age fifteen she stepped into the tournament scene, here she fell in love and pursued it with everything she had. Today, Christina Weber competes in kayak tournaments around the country and even into the Bahamas. She is a south Florida native who utilizes the sport fishing capital to the full extent. She does this by fishing freshwater, saltwater, inshore and offshore. Truly leaving no body of water unappreciated. When she's not pursing the next tournament she has her efforts in writing about fishing, kayak guiding, hosting fishing seminars, or working as a sales representative. Kayak fishing was an innocent accident, but like most it doesn’t take long for the addiction to ignite. As a boat fisherman taking a step back to the slower pace of kayaks has allowed for her strongest fishing strength to shine. Learning to dissect the water with a whole different view on appreciating the tiniest positives. Voted your 2015 Kayak Angler of the Year she is a doer of challenging a fresh sport and helping to pioneer the way for men and women in kayak fishing.
